Tre is the mobile operator that shook up the entire industry almost 20 years ago when it started and still sees itself as an upstart – despite having three large offices and 1600 employees. Their entire organization is based on thinking in new ways, being agile and, as they say themselves, being smart, i.e. only spending money on sensible things that give something back.
Vicktoria Tarre is a facility manager responsible for making sure everything in the office runs smoothly – and it’s not just about keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, but also about making sure employees are happy.
– At Tre, we have a special way of thinking that runs through everything we do, both internally and externally, says Vicktoria. “Our values are such a strong part of what we do that I think we talk about them every day here! They include always being there for each other and helping each other, even across borders, and being committed to everything we do. Feeling good at work is essential if we are to be able to work like this, and replenishing our energy is a big part of being able to cope. In addition, there are many of us with completely different tasks working together here. In addition to having both private and corporate departments, we want to handle as much as possible in-house, which means that we also have our own customer service, IT – and in addition to that we build our own network. And as office manager, it’s my job to do everything to make sure everyone has what they need.
With both a restaurant in the building and a café in the entrance, the employees at Tre were already close to breakfast, lunch and snacks before Convini came into the picture, but Vicktoria was still not satisfied.
– We needed something that was always available. With all our different roles, our office is staffed at all hours of the day and night and we need to be able to access both snacks and dinners. We tried another solution first which didn’t work at all, but I knew about Convini from a previous job, so I got in touch to see what solutions were available and we got everything we needed!

But it wasn’t just accessibility that attracted Tre to Convini. The wide range and variety would also be a decisive factor in keeping the Convini store.
– We really wanted to find something that not only offers anything to eat, but also has a health mindset throughout. And Convini had that. Then it’s incredibly fun that there is so much going on in the range, that they keep up with trends! It’s always exciting to see if there’s something new you can try. Another thing that is important is that they are so responsive. They notice what is needed and are active in helping us improve the range even more.
