We met Casandra Bergström, a receptionist who keeps track of everything and everyone, and wondered whether Inrego’s sustainable thinking is also evident among its employees.
– “We’re a company with around 120 employees, and innovation permeates everything we do,” says Casandra. “Our product is a way of trying to make the world a little better, and at the same time we also care about our employees. We have yoga, ping-pong tables and group training sessions during working hours, which means we get very close to each other!
At Inrego, Convini has made a big difference. From having a fridge with water and soft drinks at discounted prices, lunches in a box or from nearby lunch places, and forgotten snacks, they now have refrigerators stocked around the clock with large and small items. For Casandra, the benefit of Convini is clear.
– Nowadays, people don’t go out to eat as much but stay in and eat. It’s so much nicer to sit down together and get the chance to socialize a bit at lunch. You also get very comfortable when you know that there is always lunch if you forget to bring it. I think most of us now buy here instead. We have even had to expand with an extra fridge! Then there is always time and space for a break now.
When asked which product goes best in the office, she laughs and says that it’s great that there are healthy snacks close at hand, but that the energy drinks are also very popular, in addition to the food of course!
– “I have a soft spot for Delicato balls – I probably have one every other day,” says Casandra. But they are so good!
